My dog chewed through the power cord on my SRX and I reached out to Mr. Bobby to have it fixed. I dropped my vacuum off Thursday night around 7pm and Mr. Bobby had it ready and waiting for me the next day, looking and running like it just came out of the box! He’s extremely knowledgeable about these machines and showed me several things I’d have never know if not for Mr Bobby! I cannot recommend him enough and I have never had a more pleasant customer service experience! I will continue to be a returning customer for any servicing or repair needs!

Mr. Bobby Hodge is AMAZING! i have purchased a Rainbow from him around 20 years ago and loved the quality service when i took it to him for a cleaning. Bobby Hodge was a true professional throughout our E2 Black purchase. Our previous Rainbow was gifted to our daughter. We'd tried several vaccums since then, Dyson twice and some other knockoff that were terrible and high maintenance. Not sure why it took so long to come back to a Rainbow but we are so glad we did. Bobby is great! Knowledgeable, courteous, honest and just a fun man are but a few words to describe his character. He was detailed with its operation and "very" generous at the closure of our purchase. Considering value over time, purchasing 5 or 6 so called "best" vaccums that all end up trash, the Rainbow can last a lifetime. Thank you Bobby!

This man just drove from Biloxi to picayune in less than 2 hrs of me calling him. I have never experienced better customer service in my life. His prices are extremely fair, he is very knowledgeable about these rainbows. I used to sell them, he showed me things I never even knew about them. He did not just come, fix it and leave, he took his time going through the machine and explaining the do's and don'ts. Showing me what's things needed to be done regularly to keep me from having to pay to have parts replaced. If you own a rainbow or know someone that does this is your man here. I promise, you will not regret doing business with him!

Mr. Bobby is the best and a must have contact for anyone who owns a rainbow vacuum. He drove out to my house to install a belt and realized our power nozzle was missing parts. He took the part home and fixed it as it was brand new and brought the part back. He took the time to properly show us how to use all the features of our vacuum even though we did not purchase the unit through him. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
